As lifelong fans of Conan, the books, and above all the first film, we’ve carried a frustration for decades.
After the original masterpiece, what followed never quite lived up to it. No Arnold. Weak scripts. Missed opportunities. And for nearly forty years, nothing truly rivaled what Conan the Barbarian gave us.
For years, fans talked about it online. Forum threads, debates, endless “what ifs” about a King Conan film. The desire was there, but the rights were tangled, and nothing ever became real.
So we stopped waiting.
When AI tools finally reached a level where a true cinematic vision became possible, we decided to take the lead and imagine what a third Conan film could have been, should have been, or still might be. This trailer is our answer to that question.
This is a fan-made project. A tribute.To the first film.To John Milius.To Basil Poledouris.And of course, to Arnold Schwarzenegger.
We stayed as faithful to the lore as possible, while allowing ourselves a few deliberate twists. We chose characters we always wanted to see on screen, pulled inspiration from the comics, and crafted a trailer designed to quench the thirst we (and many longtime fans) have carried for years.
There is no disrespect here. Only love for the myth, the legacy, and what Conan represents.
You’ll find Easter eggs throughout. Visual nods. Lines and moments meant as quiet tributes to the films that shaped us.
One limitation worth mentioning: there is no blood or graphic violence here. The tools simply don’t allow it. If they did, we wouldn’t have held back.
