MCP was an initiative housed within the EDP. It brought together CCT, ACSA and other institutional and community partners around a shared vision for the development of the Blue Downs corridor and parts of the metro south east, based on opportunities presented by natural resources, the potential Blue Downs rail link, and land owned by state and parastatal partners.
